General liability insurance

We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning operations in Arizona. This coverage addresses property damage and bodily injury claims that arise from cleaning activities on your premises. If you require a certificate of insurance naming your business as an additional insured — a common requirement for property managers and commercial landlords — we provide that with the written quote, before the contract is signed.

Bonding

Every crew we dispatch is bonded. A commercial cleaning bond provides financial protection in the event of theft by a cleaning employee. For facility managers overseeing access to occupied offices and sensitive areas, bonding is not optional — it is a basic credential. We do not dispatch crews that are not bonded.

Workers' compensation

Arizona law requires workers' compensation coverage for employees of commercial cleaning businesses. The crews we work with carry workers' compensation appropriate for their staff and operations. This protects your facility from claims arising from an employee injury on your premises.

What you receive before the contract is signed

With every written quote, you receive: the proposed scope of work, the assigned crew designation, and an offer to provide the insurance certificate if required for your records. If your facility has specific credential requirements beyond the above — OSHA compliance documentation, for example, or facility-specific security clearances — let us know at the quote stage and we will confirm whether those can be met before you commit to a contract.
